July 2021 – Denton, Texas -- Shire Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce it has provided a $1,000,000 bridge loan to Tolin Development. Tolin has acquired a large track of property in Aubrey, Texas which it intends to develop into multi-acre residential lots. Other terms were not disclosed.
